Students at Holy Cross College have the opportunity to work in a variety of spaces and environments conducive to the learning experiences they receive. The learning spaces encourage the students in the use of mobile devices for learning but allow for a choice and balance in working in learning styles that are appropriate to the task.
The physical environment allows the students to move around and to work independently or collaboratively as the need arises. There are different levels for learners to use and opportunities to use IDEAS PAINT to write on the walls and tables as well as GREEN SCREENS for creative learning opportunities.
During staff briefings every Monday we have implemented a staff sharing of apps or programs that show excellent use of technology to support the learning outcomes currently being covered in classes.
